Get ready to embark on an unforgettable 4-day, 3-night coastal escape to the enchanting Lamu Island. Your journey begins in the morning with a scenic flight from Nairobi to Lamu. Upon arrival at Manda Airport, a traditional boat transfer will whisk you across the turquoise waters to your cozy villa, where you’ll receive a warm coastal welcome. After settling in, take time to relax by the beach or pool, and later enjoy a delicious dinner served at the villa as you prepare for the adventure ahead.
On Day 2, after a hearty breakfast, immerse yourself in the rich Swahili heritage with a guided tour of Lamu Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You’ll walk through narrow winding alleys, admire ancient Swahili architecture, and visit key landmarks like Lamu Fort and the local museums.
